CT26 rebuild

I rebuilt the very old CT26 that was previously sitting on a garage floor for 10ish years. Bought 2 ebay kits about the same price (~$30), one kit included a thrust spacer but had a 18 point compressor nut, the second kit didn’t include the thrust bearing spacer, but included a new plate for the compressor side, 12 point compressor nut, but no spacer. We tossed all the parts from the 2nd kit in the tired CT26 in a couple of hours. The biggest problem we encountered was the spacer between thrust bearings came out with a groove that looked to be for oiling, we were unsure of it’s orientation and couldn’t find documentation for it. We took our best guess. Got the car back together today and….. IT TOOK CARE OF MY SMOKING PROBLEM. Now it seems like my WRX injectors might be causing a miss, so that needs to be solved. Also on the board is a clutch, Walbro, and finishing the A2W IC.
